2019: Midwest, Upcoming and Orange County matchmakers were subcontracting website. Matchmaker May added to website.
2020: Negotiation failure for purchase, removal of 3rd parties, virtual location abandonment, separation from Matchmaker May and pandemic shut down.
2021: Reopened as Eddie Sparks only. Legal re-formation and re-established. Marketed and expanded. 1099s partnerships and legality. International clientele explosion. Pricing was raised to 5k for 90days, 9k at 6 months, and 15k annual memberships. 25k for International.
2022: Brief reorganization and local entity established in LA area. National clientele explosion.
2023: Managing member Lisseth Rincones added. South and Central America expansion. Malibu specific expansion. Pricing was adjusted to 4.5k for 90days, and 25k annual memberships. 35k for International.
